Crab quiche, a crispy golden brown stuffed pie from the French cuisine is a widely popular main course recipe. Crab meat and Swiss cheese are shredded and distributed evenly on the pie crust. Egg blend consisting of egg white, cream, salt, shredded onion and cayenne pepper is poured over the crab and cheese lining.
