Coconut Pecan Icing
MAKING
1) In a pan, cook milk, butter, and sugar until thick.
2) Remove the pan from heat, and then stir in pecans and coconut.
SERVING
3) Pour over hot cake and serve. - 25.2943
Baked Coconut Caramel Icing
Combine and spread on top of cold cake, and place in oven under top element in centre of oven, and leave until sugar bubbles through and begins to brown.
Oven doesn't need to be pre-heated€”just top burner on, and oven door may be left open.
