This is a standard receipe. Sometimes I add cardamom powder to it. I have also tried a variation with brownies and cream cheese. For this receipe I creamed cheese with sugar and some yolk and then piped strips on the brownie mixture before baking. You can flavor the cream cheese with star anise seed powder and it just

1 No. 2 can dark Bing cherries, cut into halves
2 pkg. cherry gelatin
3 c. CocaCola
1/2 c ... and cherries, reserving 1/4 cup juice from each.
Dissolve gelatin in hot juice mixture; add CocaCola.
Chill

1 c. red wine
1 sm. CocaCola
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple, drained

Add wine and CocaCola.
Cool slightly; add cherries, pineapple and pecans.
Chill; stir several times

1 6 oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
2 sm. bottles CocaCola ... over gelatin.
Cool; add CocaCola and fruit.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold.
Chill until set
