Making Chocolate Cream Pie

The crust is made from short crust pastry which has been flavored with cocoa, it is pre baked and kept aside to cool. The chocolate pie filling is made with melted chocolate, whipped cream, eggs and essence which is cooked till thick and then poured into the baked shell and chilled till set.
