Choclate chip cookie dough is made of eggs, sugar, fat, flour and chocolate chips. It is used to make chip cookies or chocolate chip cookies.
The dough is made loose and of dropping consistency to give the cookies their texture. Fat used is usually butter which gives the cookie its crumbly texture and melt in the mouth feel. Dark, colored and white chocolate chips are used commonly in the dough.
