Chile Sauce

Quite a simple way to make a traditional sauce is the Chile sauce recipe, where you can even substitute the fresh roasted chilies for frozen roasted chilies, just to save some time. Chile sauce is cooked with green chilies to be served with chicken or pork dishes and for beef dishes, it is the red chilies that go into the making of Chile sauce. It serves great with enchiladas or when poured over burritos.
