Cherry Crepes is a wonderful treat specially served for breakfasts, made from fresh or frozen cherries, milk, butter, egg, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Another variation of cherry crepes uses cherry pie filling, instead of fresh or frozen fruit. A dash of orange-flavored liqueur too is added to the cherry crepes mix for a heightened flavor. Often cooked on a skillet until both the sides turn brown, cherry crepes is almost served warm with a variety of fillings and toppings. Cherry crepes taste excellent when served with whipped butter or cream topping or is worth trying a bite of these wonderful pancakes with some warm chocolate sauce.
