Chermoula sauce is a traditional North African marinade sauce that is generally used for fish preparations. The sauce is tangy and spicy and goes well with any fish. The basic ingredients of the chermoula sauce are coriander, small red chilies, parsley, garlic and cumin seasoned with olive oil and a little lemon juice. Salt and pepper are added to taste. The sauce is typically used fro marinades but it can be used as a garnishing sauce or dipping sauce too.
