Caesar salad dressing is the dressing that is used with Caesar salads, though it has the capability to go well with a vast variety of food items. Caesar salad dressing was invented on 4th July 1924 by Caesar Cardini when he ran out of ingredients to make the dressing of his choice. As per most of the Caesar salad dressing recipes, this is prepared using parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice, and salt, pepper, mayonnaise and egg yolks. The process as to how to make Caesar salad dressing has remained unchanged for the last 80 years since it was invented. The best part is that this dressing is extremely delicious and rich and is hence popular in almost all corners of the world.
