Caribbean chicken is one of the famous recipes of Caribbean culture. A Caribbean chicken meal takes very little time to cook and is enjoyed thoroughly by one and all. Ingredients required to cook Caribbean chicken include boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked rice, chopped onions and red bell peppers, flaked coconuts, green chilies, brown sugar and lemon juice. All the ingredients should be mixed and wrapped around the chicken breasts. Aluminum foils should be placed in a preheated oven and sprayed with non-stick cooking oil. Rice and chicken should be put in the foil and it should be sealed by folding up the sides. After baking it for 20 minutes the sumptuous Caribbean chicken is ready to be served.
