Cabbage With Yogurt
MAKING
1.Heat oil and cook onion and cabbage in it for some time.
2.Add vinegar and stock and let the ingredients simmer for 5 minutes after covering.
3.Turn off the flame and add yoghurt.
4.Blend.

Cut the cabbage in half and cut out the stalk and the coarse outer leaves; cut the cabbage halves into strips.
