Butterfly refers to a method of cooking which can be used for any meat dish and fishes. Butterfly essentially means to split any form of meat so as to disengage it from any bone of the animal’s body. This method is often used on meat products like chicken, pork, shrimp, lamb and also on fishes. This method ensures only the fleshy part of the animal product is used in the dish. Butterfly method is ideally used to make dishes in which some filling has to be stuffed into the meat. This method can be tried at home very easily and it does not take much time to do it either.
