Butter Paratha

Butter Paratha, also referred to as plain paratha, is an interesting and highly preferred variety of Indian flat bread, specially made with wholewheat flour in butter and served with an extra butter topping. Butter parathas are also made with all-purpose flour, but is something seen health-wise inferior to the wholewheat variation. Other variations of butter paratha include those with variety stuffing and fillings, including vegetable, chicken etc. Like any other parathas, even butter paratha is best teamed with some spicy pickles and yogurt or with a sweet and spicy tomato sauce accompaniment.
