Originally from Brittany, the crepe buckwheat is prepared by replacing the refined four with buckwheat flour in the crepe batter. Stuffed with various fillings such as bacon, leafy greens, vegetables or eggs so as to make for a wholesome meal, Crepe Buckwheat is also popular as street food in France.
