British cheese is available in firm, semi-hard as well as soft textures. It is easily accessible in any grocery shop in England and the neighbouring areas. Fresh cheese should be purchased by checking the sell-by date. The cheese should not be dry.

 

Store the cheese in refrigerator 5-8 days or keep in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. British cheese, like other cheeses is a perishable item, hence should be wrapped properly while storing. Wax paper and foil are the best wraps use to store the cheese.
