Blonde Brownie

Blonde Brownie, often refer to as Blondie, is a brownie prepared without chocolate. Brown sugar, egg, all-purpose flour, vanilla and egg are the key ingredients of blonde brownie. White or dark chocolate chips are occasionally added to the blonde brownie recipe; however the dominant flavor of a blonde brownie is butterscotch. Walnuts, pecan, cashew nuts, almonds are too added for a crunchy bite.

Blonde brownies, unlike ordinary brownies, are dense golden brown cake bars that are made without including cocoa or chocolate as an ingredient. Chocolate chips are however used as a topping on the cake. A cake batter made from  the key ingredients, baking powder, baking soda,  and walnuts is baked. Blonde brownies are a favorite dessert or snack of many.
