Bistro Bar is an informal small Parisian food cum drinks joint. Bistros serve different kinds of food which may be slow cooked foods like braised foods. The environment is informal and one does not get to see a formal printed menu card. The guest service is also not professional. The bistro bars were originally developed by house owners to supply their tenants with food. Bistro food, unlike restaurant food, is much simple and can be preserved. Wine, brandy, and coffee are also served at Bistro bars.
