Bryani Rice is a very flavorful and aromatic rice used for making biryani. Different varieties of biryani rice are used all over the country, though the long grained basmati remains the most popular variety. Biryani rice is prepared by boiling the rice in water, just sufficient enough to cook it further. The individual grains of the cooked rice should be soft, but at the same time, separable.
