Biryani Hyderabad is a spicy, extremely aromatic and savory main dish preparation of rice from the Nizam cuisine of Hyderabad, India. The ingredients used in the preparation of the biryani are basmati rice, meat of goat or chicken, Indian spices, onions, garlic, vegetables (optional), coriander and onions. Generally prepared for parties and festive occasion, the Hyderabad Biryani is served with Mirchi Ka Salan, Dhanshak or Baghara Baingan.
