Preparation of Beef Quesadilla
Beef quesadilla may be prepared by first making a spicy beef mixture with ground beef, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cloves and bell pepper. Flour or corn tortillas are warmed with some butter on a pan. The beef mixture along with adequate cheese is placed in between the tortillas and cooked till the cheese melts.
Serving Beef Quesadillas
The beef quesadillas are cut into wedges and served with salsa sauce or sour cream.
