Beef goulash is a spicy Hungarian soup or stew made with beef.
Preparation of Beef Goulash
Goulash is prepared using beef and vegetables with onion, paprika and other spicy seasonings. The meat is seasoned with salt and browned with onions. Paprika and stock or water, are added and the meat left to simmer in a pot. Vegetables and other spices are added. A bit of wine vinegar or white wine may be added for flavoring.
Serving Beef Goulash
Beef goulash may be served with a special variety of pasta called Csipetke.
