Ingredients and Preparation

Minced beef, onion, garlic and stock cube are the main ingredients for making beef burger. Seasonings like pepper, paprika and parsley are used. Egg is used to bind the mixture and also coat it. Bread crumbs are used to roll the patty prior to frying to give it the crispy texture. Vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, onion, salad leaves and pickles are used when making the sandwich. Burger bun is used to make the beef burger. Condiments like mayonnaise, mustard, ketchups and relishes are also added to the sandwich.

All the ingredients for the patty are mixed together and lightly beaten egg is used to bind the mixture. The patty is rolled in bread crumb and deep fried. It is then served in the burger bun along with other vegetables and condiments.
