Balsamic Chicken is a simple dish to prepare but by no means is it simple in taste. Balsamic Chicken is cooked with garlic, herbs like oregano or rosemary, seasoning, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Balsamic vinegar is a type of dark, sweet vinegar aged for many years, in the absence of which brown sugar may be added to ordinary vinegar while making Balsamic Chicken. Vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, baby corn, tomatoes and mushrooms may be cooked along with the Balsamic Chicken. Honey and pears may also be added for taste. Balsamic Chicken can be served with long-grain rice, roasted potatoes or added into a salad to make a meal in itself.
