A Baked chicken dish is perfect for those days when you dot have much time to prepare a meal, but at the same time, don't want to compromise on taste. To make a baked chicken would call for one to place the chicken in a pan along with some vegetables, if one wishes, like potatoes and carrots, seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, basil, cheese, etc and baked in the oven till the chicken is done. Honey, cranberries, lemon, orange juice or peaches may be added to enhance the flavor. Baked Chicken may be served with mashed potatoes, a bowlful of salad, or fresh green beans.
