Method of Preparation – Thyme sprigs are wrapped across bacon and cooked on pan with little oil. When the meat gets cooked properly, all other ingredients are added and cooked until the sauce thickens. The sauce is allowed to cool at room temperature and bottled after removing the bacon pieces.
