Avocado Juice

Avocado juice is derived from avocado fruit which refers to pear shaped fruit popularly known as alligator pear or butter pear. The fruit is quite popular for its health related benefits, where it is widely known for reducing cholesterol level, treating skin problems, and dealing with gastric and digestion issues. Avocado Juice Recipe- Ingredients Used and Preparation Overview

There are several ways of preparing the juice, with the difference being in terms of ingredients used. However, the basic recipe requires the use of ripe avocado, cold milk, sugar, cold water, and vanilla essence as the essential ingredients.

 

In order to prepare the juice, avocado is peeled, the seeds are removed, and the pulp is placed in blender, along with some sugar, and both the ingredients are blended well. To this mixture, vanilla essence, water and milk are added and the entire mix is blended. Avocado juice is ready to be served chilled after garnishing it with chopped nuts.

 

Tip- Vanilla essence can be replaced with cardamom powder.

The avocado fruit is enriched with various essential minerals and vitamins like iron, carotene, calcium, vitamins A, C, D and E, and potassium.
