Artichoke spinach dip is made with frozen and chopped spinach to serve as an appetizer with corn chips or tortilla chips. They are good to serve as a light snack too. The spinach in the artichoke dip gives it a little extra color and texture. Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and onions are the usual ingredients that go into an artichoke dip. Salt and pepper are used to season the dip while some garlic is also added in some variations for enhancing the flavor.
