Andhra curry has a unique flavor in each of its regional variations within the Indian State. There are a number of curries cooked in households around Andhra Pradesh and, though, most of these use either vegetables or meat as the basic ingredients, it is the mix-n-match of spices that leads to the large number of varieties of the curry. A comprehensive list of spices, used to cook the different types of curries, is – coriander powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, red hot chilli peppers, asafetida, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, etc.
