Saag Aloo, also known as Palak Aloo is a dish which belongs to the Indian cuisine. Saag Aloo is a variation of the dish called Pala Paneer which is prepared from spinach and paneer. In Saag Aloo instead of paneer, potatoes are used. The main ingredients used in the Saag Aloo Recipes are potatoes, spinach leaves, onion, ginger, garlic, spices, salt and butter or ghee.
