Aloo chaat refers to one of the most loved Indian dishes of all times. Aloo chaat is believed to have originated in the northern parts of India, but it is consumed and loved by people all over the country. This dish is mostly sold in streetside food stalls, but it can be prepared at home too. This dish is characterized by its spicy taste and the soft potato pieces mixed with plenty of seasonings.
