Aloo Ka Bharta
Peel the potatoes and mash them coarsely. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

Aloo Bharta
1. Boil potatoes. Peel and mash.
2. Chop green chillies and onions.
3. Heat fat. Add mustard seeds. When they crackle remove pan from fire and add chilli powder.
4. Add chopped onion, green chillies, mashed potatoes, salt and lime juice. Mix well.
