Aloo Bhaji

Aloo bhaji refers to a very popular dish which is believed to have originated in India. Aloo bhaji is widely consumed all over the country and also in several other Asian countries. “Aloo” is the Indian name for potatoes and “bhaji” refers to fries, hence the name of the dish. This dish is primarily consumed as a side dish and served along with rice. Very easy to make, this dish can be prepared very quickly. The main ingredients used to make this dish include potatoes, onions, oil, green chilies and plenty of spices. Aloo bhaji is a huge hit with people from all age groups. This dish is high on fats.
