Alcohol Cake

Alcohol cake is an unbaked cake with alcohol (up to 100 ml of drinking spirit) in it. Alcohol cake is usually very soft and slimy in texture. Alcohol cake is one of the types of refrigerator cake.

 

Ingredients and Preparation

 

The main ingredients that go into making the alcohol cake are mashed biscuits, butter, golden syrup, drinking spirit (usually above 40% w/w), and toasted walnuts.
