Mango Pulp

Aam Ki Baraf Chuski
MAKING
1)In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients thoroughly.
2)Take 6 molds and pour the mixture into them. Put and stick and freeze until set.
SERVING
3)Serve the aam ki chuski on sticks chilled. - 38.8014
Nashi Aam
1. Peel pears, leaving the stalks intact. Heat water in large saucepan, add rest of ingredients (except mango), stir well.
2. When sugar dissolves, add pears, stir, cover.
3. Simmer on low forlhr, turn pears few times to cook on all sides.

Aam Ras
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer to make a fine pulp.
Transfer to container and refrigerate
Serve Chilled

Chill pulp and mix with the sugar.
Dissolve the sugar and add the cream.
Blend and add cardamom powder.
Chill.

Aam Aur Ananas Ka Rasayan
Melt jaggery in the cocount milk thoroughly and add cardamom powder.
Stir till blended.
Add mango and pineapple pieces and mash them to thicken this no-cook sweet.
