Hi:
I live in Canada where it is easy to buy products made within 50 miles of where I live so I can be assured that I know where my family's food is coming from and that it is fresh when I buy it. Although I eat meat, my diet..at home...is primarily heavy in vegetables, pasta, and fruit.....if I eat meat, it is generally during family or holiday celebrations or when I eat out. I am an absolute nut about desserts and never met one that I wouldn't eat.
Now that I'm retired, I pretty much do as I please. One of the things that pleases me is writing for onlinecooking.net.
