I have written 3 Southern Home Cooking cookbooks and 4 specialty cookbooks ( on Crock Pot cooking, Sweet Potatoes, Blueberries and a Children's Cookbook).  I have a local radio cooking spot weekly and I'm working with the NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services and the NC Sweet Potato Commission to help promote sweet potatoes.
