I have a passion for cooking.Exploring new dishes with blending two or more cusine is my speciality.In other words making contemprory dishes more exciting with a touch of creativity is my arena.Did my hotel mgmt from Institute of hotel mgmt catering technology, national council India.Worked with sheraton India where i got chance to really explore myself with different cusine such as Indian,Continental,Labanese & Italian.Then moved to united states where i got an opportunity to further enhance my culinary skills & explore yet another cusine.Awarded nestle young star chef of the year 2005.

sous is a french word means second.He is a second lead of the culinary section after executive chef.
