We'll look over the shoulder and learn from some of the best cooks in the world, ranging from a grandmother (Ya-Ya) doing it the olde world way in Kalamos, Greece, or Nai-Nai (grandmother in Chinese) in Chao zhou, to the top chefs in shiny modern kitchens from Singapore to Istanbul.
