Many nutritionists claim breakfast is a very important (although not necessarily the largest) meal, pointing to studies that have shown that people who eat breakfast tend to weigh less. Studies have shown a negative correlation between children and adolescents who usually have breakfast and these children and adolescents being overweight, despite the fact that these people generally consumed more daily calories than those who skip this meal. Here I am posting a south indian breakfast menu....try it!

1.Dosa : The dosa is a South Indian crêpe. This food, high in carbohydrates and proteins, is a typical South Indian breakfast recipe.

Organic Coffee: Does It Taste Any Better? Organic Coffee: Does It Taste Any Better? By Scott Wilson

Traditional coffee like Folders and the popular Spanish brand Nescafe have maintained that familiar, consistent great taste over the years. Despite pesticides and fertilizers harvested in the large, commercial coffee plantations they grow on, it manages to suit an average person’s tastes as evident by its sales. In justifying the high prices for organic coffee, many people point to its tastes as one of the main reasons. Does organic coffee taste better than traditional coffee?

Organic Coffee: An OverviewBy Scott Wilson

Nothing beats a hot steaming cup of coffee to awaken the nerves and stimulate tired senses. While a cup of Joe may tempt relentlessly, many environmentally conscious people would reject the purchase of over-the-counter, mass produced coffee from your traditional store. For good reason: many of the manufacturing methods used to make non-organic coffee have been proven to damage the environment through toxins, pesticides, and fertilizers used throughout production. In order for organic coffee to claim its title and have seals of approval throughout the States, it has to follow a set of guidelines established by the US Department of Agriculture that regulates organic production. Organic coffee must stray clear of synthetic pesticides and its farmers must have crop rotation systems in place to prevent soil nutrients from depleting along with sufficient pest control. Given the nature of the organic coffee production process, its market is steadily climbing in the States with total sales reaching close to 90 million in 2005, a nearly 50 percent jump from 2004. In addition, organic coffee is being sold by more specialty coffee firms than ever, a testament to its growing popularity.

1: Every day eat Salad. FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD

All foods have some calories. No food is actually a "negative calorie" food. But some foods have the effect of "negative calories". Negative calorie foods require more calories than they actually contain to digest them! Calories from these foods are much harder for the body to breakdown and process. In other words, the body has to work harder  to extract calories from these foods. This gives these foods a tremendous natural fat-burning advantage.

A piece of dessert consisting of 400 calories may require only 150 calories to be digested by our body, resulting in a net gain of 250 calories which is added to our body fat! According to this theory, for example, if you eat 100 calories of a food that requires 150 calories to digest, then you've burnt an additional 50 calories simply by eating that food. Typically, a 25 calorie piece of broccoli (100 gram) requires 80 calories to digest, resulting in a net loss of 55 calories from the body fat!! Thus, the more you eat, the more you lose weight!!!

Food for some means Dosa. Amazed at this,  but its true. In India and the world you will find many foodies for whom , whether be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, Dosa is the foremost option.

One of my friends is amongst the foodies for whom Dosa is the ultimate food. Some of the visuals below demonstrate his love for Dosa.
