I love to cook, i am a caterer, personal chef and grillmaster.  i have a passion for creating and cooking food that only real foodies can appreciate.  I have BBQ'd and grilled on the professional competition tour all over the USA for RASTA JOE'S National BBQ Team, were I won BEST RIBS in the "People's Choice" catagory in Fargo, ND and Kalamazoo, MI, I have cooked for Miss New Hampshire, Miss Alabama, Starship, Everclear, Kansas, John Holmes Band, Heart, and many, many radio and TV personalities alike. The professional BBQ tour was alright, but not challenging enough, i really didn't learn more than i already knew and i saw things that should not have been allowed in real BBQ'ing, like short cuts, cheating, thieving, and disrespect and back stabbing to other teams and fellow team mates.  I am not for any of that nor will i be involved in it.  I am a real professional that will not cut corners, disrespect the people that cook for me or with me.  The food I cook and the way i cook it is WAY to important to me for that bullshit.  Since I left Rasta Joe's they didn't win another award in 2007.  I have been approached by one national award winning team and two international award winning pro teams to be their grillmaster in the 2008 season.  I have not yet made my decision."I think cooking food is better than sex, when i have sex i can make 1 maybe 2 people smile, but when i cook, 100's of people smile!!!!" Grillmaster Brian said that!I have this unique way of creating a "heat" and "sweet" combination in my food that pleases a very diverse and vast aray of people.  I love to see the satisfaction on faces that taste my creative cuisines.  Cooking to me is the most passionate obsession i have in my life.  I am absolutly obsessed with cooking, the food network, any and all cooking shows from the UK to the good ole' US of A!  I eat, sleep and dream about food and how to make it better!I love to meet any other cooks, chefs, grillmasters, pit bosses or foodie that can teach me more and better ways of doing things.  I love it so much I created and started my own business called.....BACKYARD BBQ AND CATERING SERVICES
