Being of Italian background, I was naturally born with the cooking gene. For me, since I was 5 years old, cooking has been as much fun as eating. The joys of food and family are tightly woven into the fabric of my life. My hands on culinary experience include: Producing and hosting a cooking show on the local community access TV network, teaching adult education cooking classes and publishing a number of cooking articles in the local weekly newspaper. However, the highlight of my culinary life came when I was chosen to appear on an episode of "Calling All Cooks" on the National Food Network. That was an amazing experience! On the show, I prepared Beef Braciolatini and Summer Squash Parmesan. These were two of my grandfather's favorite recipes. My dream is to someday publish a cookbook that would include all my family favorites.
