I'm the chef/ host of Delicious TV Totally Vegetarian <www.delicioustv.com>, currently airing on PBS.  I grew up in Europe living mostly in Italy and Germany. In between I managed to live in a few states, New Jersey,New York, Virgina, Iowa and Colorado. These days however, my home is just outside Portland Maine. I try to visit family and friends in Italy at least once a year although I admit,  I'd probably go even if I had no one to visit, just to experience the history and the food! I'm currently working on a cookbook.Delicious TV was a dream that my friend and business partner Betsy Carson and I have been working on for years to make a reality. We are happy to say that even though an all vegetarian cooking show has been a hard sell, persistance and patience is hopefully paying off. We are on PBS and can be made available anywhere in the U.S for broadcast by veiwer request.
