Love Baklava-wonderful dessert. My son-in-law's mom, Milka makes the phylo dough by hand. She rolls it out paper thin on the dining room table. She was a chef in the former Yugoslavia and that is how they do it. Thank goodness for prepared phylo dough! It is a versatile dough!
