If you have it available try some Kra chai in this recipe. Sometimes called Chinese Keys, or finger root. It is often used in seafood dishes in Thailand also a splash of nam pla-fish sauce in place of part of the salt. Love shrimp burgers, and sometimes I mix chopped pork and shrimp for a nice texture and Thai Taste.
