More prep info would be helpful. Like how big is an eight cup baking dish (9x12) and do you dice the peppers and onions. What kind of tomatoes whole,sliced,diced. I got whole tomatoes and I am going to cut them up.Hope it turns out or I wasted some nice pork chops.
