I have tried this mooli paratha at one of my friends and it tasted so good. I liked the way mooli is grated in to fine bitable pieces, the feeling was simply great! Mooli when eaten raw leaves some sort of burning sensation, but when made into paratha is just awesome! Well, the one I tasted was a lil more on the spicier side; my friend had powdered Kashmiri chilies too added - And I love spicy stuff!
Well what can I best serve this dish with - dahi alone or may be some pickle rite?
