Hi, no you do not need to boil all the vegetables. Onion, tomatoes do not need to be boiled before they are added to the noodles. Potatoes must be boiled and added. You can also add boiled peas, boiled diced carrots and beans if you like. They will make the chaat healthier and it is a great way to add more veggies to your diet as noodles is not exactly very healthy!
