This easy Roasted Garlic Soup with fresh vegetables and herb is a delicious keeper! I added scallops in the last few minutes of cooking the soup and it was a hit. Roasted Garlic Soup will always be a big plus in my book. Thanks for sharing it! Can it be tried with clams?
