One Dal, one Seasonal Vegetable, One Fish / Chicken dry item such as Fry/ Tandoori ets
Salad Bar comprising 10 - 12 types of Salads, Fruit Baskets ( seasonal Fruits ), One Pulao / Fried Rice / Steamed Rice / Biriyani, one Chicken gravy item, one Mutton / Lamb gravy preparation, one Chutney / Raita, Papad, Two Desserts ( one live )
