Just wondering how you can label Tikka Masala as "very healthy" when you're using so much yogurt and milk? I can see if you use fat free or even 1%, but you can't consider anything using so much saturated fat to be considered "very healthy". This seems like a good take on a Masala recipe, though...I'll try it with fat free ingredients and substitute Splenda for the sugar and see how it comes out :-)
